I re-opened my Facebook page. Over half of my friends were gone from my page, leaving family and old close friends. So I have been posting about what I have been through the past 9 months. I am being so honest to everyone that I struggle with panic and fear 90% of my time. My wife will be upset when she finds out but I am doing it for me.
