My therapist is trying to prepare me too. Gray days are not good. I went off a couple of meds due more to financial reasons then anything so we are hoping that it won't matter. Bummer is she is going to be gone on maternity leave during the worst of it. We have talked about getting a light and talking to my regular doctor about it, since I have an appointment coming up. We do check my vitamin d levels through the regular doc, so we'll see what he thinks there. I do take it regularly. She, the therapist, has recommended my getting out at least once a day, even if it is just to stand outside.

I hope it doesn't hit you badly this year.
