Finally Admitting I Should Be Here

This is my first post here. I've wandered over from the PTSD site where I've been hiding out for a year. I haven't been able to admit that I belong here until now, and have finally gotten the nerve to make that leap. Be gentle with me... this was a really hard step.

Take your time. As Pi said, you should be proud. It's a big step you took. Just know we are here and there's no rush. If you feel the need to hide for a bit longer, just do that. What matters is that you don't stop.
