When I talked with my therapist about it before she said when I needed to we could schedule more than one session a week. But now that I contacted her yesterday and asked her if we could do one today as well as Thursday she said she wasn't available! She's apparently not available at all Wednesday's either! Don't say that you can do multiple sessions and be there for me if you can't!

I'm just mad. Once again I have no one I can rely on to help me when I really need it.

Just because she isn't available on short / almost no notice, doesn't mean that you can't shift your schedule to 2 sessions a week.

Yeah I know. But the issue is I don't know when I'm going to be doing really bad. I can't just say "well next week I'm probably going to have my depression weighing on me the worst so I should probably schedule two then." And I don't have the money to schedule two appointments every week. I wish I did.

I could technically go to my school's emergency psychiatric services but I don't want to risk them hospitalizing me.

Maybe this sounds rude and I hope you don't take it this way.
Theres no legal way an agency can hospitalize you unless you are a threat to yourself or others. In most places, beds for psych wards are extremely limited, so you pretty much need a gun to your head to make it happen. If you have an extensive history of hospitalizations, it may be a little more risky...but if you just walk in and talk about how depressed you are, they won't hospitalize you. Instead of saying you have thoughts of suicide, say you have "intrusive thoughts" about harming yourself, but that you work to ignore and push them away. If they don't fear you're in imminent danger of killing yourself, they won't hospitalize you.
That said, if you're really suicidal, please go to the hospital. It's the best place to be in lieu of losing your life.

It's very hard to not get what you need but I can also see how it would be hard for your T to keep a space just in case you need one. Can you put less formal supports in place or maybe agree a phone check in if you need help at short notice?
