That's a cool idea. I've been itching for an excuse to cross the border. Quebec would be doable for me but I would probably stay a couple of extra days just because of the distance. If you guys are still considering it, I would give it a shot and drive up north.

I'm not the zip lining type but sometimes I tag along just to see my friends make fools of themselves : )

Hey Guys,

Is anyone still interested in putting something together for a "local" meeting?

Here's my thought--what if we were able to put something together with in say 5-6 hour driving distance of Sault St. Marie Michigan? We could probably find a reasonable $$ hotel (preferably one that doesn't rent by the hour!) with a small conference facility. I'd be willing to try and organize something with the hotel, get some prices, etc. but I'd need a head count and date. It wouldn't be elaborate--maybe just a dinner get-together and social hour kind of thing for a long weekend.

Here's my other thought--what if we tried to do it at the same time the Bahamas trip is planned and we hook up tech wise with the group down there one night? Most hotels have video conference capability so maybe it's possible. We could ask.

Soooo, anybody up for it?
