Trying to be "right here, right now". Being in the moment allows me the head space to recognize my healthy thinking and my unhealthy thinking.

Am developing my ability to do this, and just starting to move into the healthy thinking, and then acting on it - rather than on the unhealthy thinking.

Still pretty frightening - but my mood is just a fraction better when I can do this. Credit goes to meditation tapes as these give me the tool to settle myself when my thinking get loopy!
