Ms Spock, I'm super proud of you for being brave about the biopsy. Great job! (I'm so sorry it was scary and uncomfortable and painful, though.)

DMerish, Whoa, I hope you're doing lots of things for yourself and getting plenty of sleep. That's a lot of hours you've been working! I'm sure you'll be able to get things back to normal in your life when the pressure at work goes away. :)

Britt.f7, Y'know what? That's great! It's so good to listen to your body and not push too hard. It's classic for me to push past my limits and then collapse in exhaustion and lose all progress and have to start over again. So... good for you! Do what feels right and keep at it. You'll see, you'll do a little better everyday. And don't underestimate how tired you can get from a cold... I've been doing that all week. Being under the weather is really no fun. :wtf:
:shifty: How did I do yesterday?
Alright, I guess. I ate healthy all day (Isn't chocolate healthy? It was dark chocolate, so y'know... all those important antioxidants were involved.), drank a TON of water, took my vitamins, etc. I haven't been exercising though, I've just been trying to follow through on my responsibilities and do what I absolutely
have to do. There hasn't really been any time or energy left for working out. And I'm still working hard at trying to stay mellow (LOL! Only I could say something like that!) and just going along as best I can until I feel better... both from this cold and this sorta slight depressive slump. :x3:
What are my goals for the day? :cautious:
Just keep at it. Back to basics stuff... good food, lots of water, plenty of vitamins, keep to a good sleep schedule, do what's absolutely necessary and required and then stop worrying about it and just rest. Easier said than done, but I'll manage.
