What are my goals for today? :cautious:

Hell if I know. I'm a little lost at the moment. :unsure: I've got a real bad cold, I can barely breathe, and being unable to breathe is a trigger for me and it throws me into flashbacks. Plus my husband and I are fighting. It's all really screwed up right now. :shy:

So, well, my goals are to do whatever I can to feel better, which is kinda weird, I'm not that good about taking care of myself. :confused: To remind myself I can breathe (through my mouth, LOL!) and I will get better soon. :meh: I'm trying to breathe and ground myself when I have panic attacks that I can't breathe... it's not working so well. I've resorted to lots and lots of distraction... because when I'm in my body, in the moment, and I notice I'm having trouble breathing due to my cold, I flip out and things go bad really fast. :dead: So, I'm going to finish up here and go back to my distractions, like new movies. I think it's the best I can do at the moment.
 
What are my goals for today? :cautious:

Get to the gym without too much anxiety. :joyful: Done! Yay!

Take the kids out for a movie and dinner. :)

Remember to stop holding my breath, to relax, to breathe throughout the day. :wideeyed:

Try to find some time for a sewing project I NEED to get done ASAP. :eek:
