I bought a nutribullet. Any recipe suggestions?

The frozen bananas are definitely a favorite. I'd toss a few of them in with a handful of my favorite greenage, a dollop or two of my favorite nut butter, a few drops of vanilla extract or a little pinch of vanilla bean, and a couple teaspoons of carob or cacao powder and YUM! It was a milkshake consistency in the nutri-bullet, but if I used the food processor, it was more like soft serve nice cream.
Yum!
as i remember some of my other favorites, I'll come back and share.
Please do! :)
Hope you dig it and have lots of tasty adventures.
Thank you! I'm pretty excited about it I gotta admit.
Just got the email saying it's been dispatched, so it should be here in ~2 days woop.
A whole world of uncharted smoothie territory awaits me.

My nutribullet has just arrived, in all it's glory.
Only problem: I had decided to justify my impulse buy of $100 by telling myself that it was my reward for finishing my manuscript. But then it arrived too fast... and now I still need to finish my manuscript.

Just made its maiden smoothie (couldn't resist):
1 banana
handful baby kale
handful frozen blueberries
flaxseeds
cocoa powder
cinnamon
almond milk

SO
GOOD.

I didn't know what a nutribullet was, was really paranoid about this thread for some reason. :D Glad it's a blender.

I make cold cocoa on mine, milk, some cream, cocoa and (picker's choice) sweetener. It's great for summer and cocoa gives a boosting energy kick. :) I'm a sucker for chocolaty goodness, so I incorporate it into my can't-eat-sugar issue :)

I didn't know what a nutribullet was either. I have a blender tho' if that counts. My favorite recipe is my own crazy concoction; a

chocolate/peanut butter protein shake

2 scoops of chocolate or peanut butter flavored whey protein powder.
8-12 oz. of 2% or skim milk
2 scoops of chocolate low fat frozen yogurt
1-2 raw egg whites (If you use this ingredient, you'll want to make sure the eggs are fresh)
2 tbsp. of creamy peanut butter
a small splash of vanilla extract
1 medium-large ripe banana (if desired)

I have no clue as to the calories this would contain, so I'd research it if you are watching carbs or calories. I would think there would be a low calorie version that can be made as well. Also one can substitute a breakfast drink or slim fast for the whey protein if desired.

Hi, I am a recent convert to NutriBullet too. I was amazed to see a thread here about this. It's great.

I was unsure about what can and can and cannot be inclu!ded, because things like apple seeds are a definite "no no". So after a few hours of YouTube videos and several "google" searches, I found this very helpful graphic.

Link Removed

I enlarged it using an image editor and then printed out as a 3 page PDF file. The image has a large number of foods with notes like "rinse, scrub, remove ends. remove brown matter, remove rind and core, pre-soak for x minutes etc. etc.

The latest thing I have incorporated is Pumpkin seeds. These are super-foods and extremely healthy. A friend of mine is doing his PhD on Pumpkin Seed! They are that amazing.

I haven't got any favourite recipe combinations yet but this listing plus anything else you can try, if nothing else becomes a prompter when (say) looking for some leafy greens or seeds etc.

I hope this adds to the value of this thread. It's a good one hehe
