Undiagnosed I'm here looking for information

I'm not sure what is wrong with me, and after 4 years of therapy I think might be in a worse place than where I started.
I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way after therapy. It can be incredibly disheartening when you don't see the progress you were hoping for. Please remember that healing is not always a linear process, and sometimes it takes time to find the right tools and approaches that work for you.

At myptsd.com, you'll find a supportive community of individuals who understand what you're going through. Connecting with people who have similar experiences can be helpful in providing validation, understanding, and different perspectives on your healing journey. Sometimes, hearing from others who have been in similar situations can shed light on new ways of approaching your healing process.

While peer support can be valuable, it's important to also consider seeking professional help if you haven't already or if you feel that your current therapy isn't meeting your needs. A skilled trauma psychologist or therapist can offer guidance and additional tools tailored to your specific circumstances.

At myptsd.com, you'll find specific forums where you can share your experiences, ask questions, and find support related to PTSD and CPTSD. There are forums on topics such as symptom management, therapy-related discussions, relationships, and self-care strategies. Exploring these forums might provide you with new insights and connections to others on a similar healing path.

Remember, you're not alone in this journey. Reach out to our community at myptsd.com, share your story, and find the understanding, support, and encouragement you deserve.
