re0916; Where in Oregon are you? There are shelters around Portland that you can go to. I agree with the above posters. This doesn't sound like PTSD, it sounds abusive.

You truly, absolutely can not use your Mom's lack of sleep or health to stay in this. She should be losing sleep because this situation is unhealthy for you. Why did he leave his daughter's? Because he didn't want them to see the fighting. Because he didn't want them to see how he treats you? However, it's okay for your son to see it?! Geez, girl, there are places to go.
