I'd love to meet a fellow foreigner who can understand this ANYWHERE in Japan.

It can be a traumatizing place to live just to start with, and there's a very strange phenomenon of foreigner on foreigner hate...which doesn't help us support each other in the least. I'm tired of that, and would like to break that cycle wherever I can.

I live in the Kansai region.
