Hi I'm a new member recently diagnosed with ptsd .... I'm a ex soldier and am not sure what events during service started it off but am sure recent events in my civilian life have triggered or worsened it to the degree I'm now seeking help .... my marriage is falling apart and I am mentally hanging by a thread ....
