All your notes and words and pictures bought me to tears.:cry: Thank you so much words just cant say what all this has brought me.

It's the first day since the surgery that I have some mental capacity.

Hope to fill you to the last few days within the next few days. exhaustion and Seriously good drugs make it hard to focus.

Amazing thing my daughter brought my cat to me this evening.:D

NH, I do not have much left in the tank tonight, however I must say that it was nice to read this:

I know the rehab road is not an easy one, but it is doable for you. And I know that because just like Cath wrote, you faced your fears and this surgical challenge.

Do not rush to try to thank us, just let us know how you are so we can help. And by all means lets us know what you need. We are not leaving simply because the surgery is complete, we are here for the entire journey.

So glad you got to see one of your babies today. They lift us up like no human can. And I am so glad your daughter understands that and is there for you.

Now just rest, knowing that we are here supporting you even when you are zzzZZZing! :)

Glad you got to see you cat, your daughter has your happiness as a priority. The pain will lessen day after day. Just give the time to heal as it is a big operation. Sending you positive vibes and will burn a candle for you sweetie.

The surgery was a bigger challenge than the surgeon expected. I had some malformation in my bones. Then not to make it easy or anything. My blood pressure was very low for a number of days. Well bottom line is it's been really a rough ride. Each day brings a challenge. Swelling, pain and exhaustion are high on the list.

I have come to terms with that there is no way to do this without help from others.:)

My friend agreed to let me keep my cat with me. So as I type she is curled in my lap. This seems a bit hard on her as she does not have her dogs. I hope I am not doing her any damage.
