Oh dear, I had to share this. It isn't funny but my sick sense of humour got the better of me.
I took a lady to the hosp this morning, she was going to physio, she had also had a knee replacement. Anyway, I went to the entrance to drop her off and was then stuck as there were 2 cars blocking me in, neither with drivers.
I sat and got me kindle out to read and then noticed an elderly lady sort of parked level with me. She was guiding her husband who was on crutches to the car. Then the fun began. He couldn't bend his leg to get into the front of the car. He was half in the car when a passer-by tried to help him out, only to be told he was trying to get in. Three ambulance personnel came over to help. Poor man, there was a lot of from me to you, and tilting. Then they decided he wouldn't go in so they would try the back seat.
At that stage the owner of the car in front of me came back and I had to move.
It just made me smile, poor man, being bundled around like an oversized piece of furniture. I wonder if he is still there:rolleyes:.
