Hope you're baking/cooking/creating helps you to feel better my friend. You'll get to where you want to be before you know it. Re-learning what you already know can be a difficult thing, but in the end you will feel so accomplished and proud of yourself. I have faith in you that this will be the journey of a lifetime, and one that you will look back on in five years and be so glad you made the trip. Try to keep a positive frame of mind with some small goals for each day, and one big one for the end. I'll have you know, I've even started to pick up my PT exercises again for my knee thanks to you and our talk of the Boilermaker! It's tough even for me to get back into doing what I need to do for my knees, but when I start to do my little old lady run on the treadmill (that's what I call my super slow-as-molasses run) it feels good to know that maybe not necessarily this year (if you still aren't up to it) but someday soon we will run it together to raise awareness! Small steps lead to great distance <3
Hugs, love, happy thoughts, and me holding onto a sweatband for you at the gym,
