What are your skills?

I have a technical background/education and I was a manager/supervisor for 20 yrs. I have skills but it seems I'm considered overqualified and my work lapse is a problem. I don't have connections anymore and I've tried to rekindle but no success.

I am unfamiliar with this online work world and I appreciate hearing some are legit. I'm older and computer literate but not social media savvy. Due to my situation I don't have a facebook account etc.

Honestly I am up for trying things, if it pays for some groceries, cool.
