Yeah, more frogs to find. Please don't take this one personally :roflmao:

frog just woke.webp

OK OK revelry, went for a small walk today after they took the chemo perfusion bottle and needle out of me. I have a doc appt tomorrow and will do a bit of shopping. I find that I'm doing wonders this round, if it could always be that way  but it isn't so this time I'm really taking advantage of the situation. Will start on the gingerbread houses this W-E.

Froggie, your post was wonderful, I'm glad you got out. Im really proud of you, admire your strenght and grit... (even though, I knew all along that you had in you!!!! :))

Give it hell again tomorrow, I know that you will make the most of every precious moment! Maybe "rope in" the ones around you to sing your favorite song, or even some silly ones....laugh and have a good time. :D

PS--- post pictures of your Ginger houses, I'm sure we would all love to see them!! I know I will. (I havent made one in years...lol) hmmm maybe this year...

Hi Froggie

Just popped in to say hello. I have found ginger tea good for sickness; it is so annoying how our taste changes when on treatment. Try to avoid your favourite foods for a few days after treatment because if you are sick you can associate the sickness with those foods, which can then put you off them. I hope your next round of chemo is not as bad as you expect.

Enjoy your chemo break and have a wonderful Christmas with all that lovely food and more importantly your family and friends. My good news is my latest CAT scan was clear so no more checks for another six months.

Keep your sprits up,

Steve

P.S What about some gingerbread frogs?
