Meds Reduced!

I'm down to two antidepressants. This is down from 3 antidepressants and two antipsychotics. I've been off the last antipsychotic about a month but today when I was at the chiropractor and giving my list of meds I was actually NOT embarrassed by my list of meds.

Yay! Small steps.
