My Intro: PTSD Therapy At VA

I just found this site while searching for some clues about something that happened last night. I'm curently going to PTSD group therapy at a VA hospital and times are real tough lately. I must say, the first thing that I read here made me feel much better and not alone any more. I'm glad that I found this place.
