Ps, just to add, I was also thinking, I think identifying any reaction, and what to do, is something individual.. eg, they say take your pulse- but remember someone's can be lower if fit- 120 is a bigger difference from 60 than 80. Or they say carry something, or words to read- because no way can a person generate that, a reminder. And eg, some people coffee keeps them awake, I need it to sleep. So maybe one person wants to scream, I get quiet.. one wants to meditate, I walk or pray (usually both). Or dance, regardless. Etc. Maybe someone else swims or runs. Etc.
