Best way I found was t o find a landrace strain that helped (Kush, afgani, durban poison). Then explore some of the hybrids and find a few strains that work well.

- Switch them up every couple weeks to avoid getting immune to the effects of any strain.

- Try low THC strains as well - I found some 8-12% thc strains just as effective as higher THC

- Track it somehow, an app a journal, something..........it can be misused and abused and who needs that on top of what you already got going on....
