Flashcoms have now fixed a major issue I found whilst testing its integration, so I will say the chat is now completely integrated, and Flashcoms have done a fantastic job with it.

Tomorrow I plan to do the "how to" video for it, then I will launch it for members to access.

Please, I beg all members, to watch/read all instructions first.

Seriously I know we are all guilty of getting something new and leaving the manual in the box while trying it out without instructions.

For the sanity and well being of staff, please just take a moment to get the overview as it will eliminate staff becoming parrots and a lot of unnecessary admin time being taken up when it could be used better monitoring the forum.

Just an idea, but would it be possible to post the "how to" video up for, say 48 hours, before opening the chat up live to all members. Maybe asking them to click like, when they have read it.

I know there is no guarantee all would, but it would help us out a bit.

Clicking 'like' will just distort Anthony's status..... perhaps something like registration or a poll clicking "Yes" I have watched the "How to" video?

I am simply going to plead ignorant, and ask all staff to as well, and point any questions directly to the video to be watched. It will be comprehensive and cover all aspects possible.

I know some people saw a media player in there when initially live... that is gone, as an example of changes, as there are copyright issues with allowing people to upload music into such a thing here, which some did so in the brief time it was live. That is copyright infringement, which I cannot allow. We are not Napster...

The chat homepage will have a link to the help video as well.
