Similarly to my prior question about 12-step programs, has anyone else tried nuero-feedback (aka bio-feedback) for gaining some sense of control over rampant thoughts. I am having good results with the training after 3 months and would (tentatively) recommend the method as well worth a try. The idea is that chronic thought patterns create distortions in wave symmetry and relations in the brain that can be reconfigured with incredibly simple training techniques. Combined with excercise and meditation it appears quite promising.
