I did it, it was simple and easy to answer, though I did have one "I don't know" answer. I am glad that option was there for me.

I did your survey but feel the questions were written abit adhock.
ie: was your treatment affective,
I have done many things to get my condition undercotrol, weekly Theraphy and a very high dose of medication, stopped drinking 6 months ago.

I did it, but I don't know how useful my responses will be. Many of the options were not really applicable to me. Another thing to point out- the first question asks if you are, you know somebody, think you know somebody... I have 2 family members who have suffered from ptsd, one combat related and the other, my spouse, from other life events. And I'm here on these boards because there's a possibility that I do, too. So those are all applicable. Then the next question asks about you or the person you know suffering from ptsd, but doesn't allow for separate responses if that encompasses multiple people. See what I'm saying?

Good luck on your project! I know designing a questionnaire is frustrating. Boy I know it. lol
