Regretfully I Have Relapsed In A Big Way,

I have recently suffered a meldown of huge proportions and am back in fulltime psychiatric care under threat of being sectioned under the MHA if I do not comply with my care team. I have been forced to leave my home town because of reasons I am not prepared to disclose.

This has deeply upset me but I have had no SI and am determined to get myself back on track.

I'm sorry that happened, how long do they plan to keep you?
Stay strong, it will be over soon, try not to start a fight with them, staying calm is the most important thing in the situation.

Glad to hear from you though. I was thinking yesterday that you seemed not to have been around here lately. (I was kind of hoping that was because you were too busy with GOOD things!)
