There are only a few vulgar words. No big deal.
Songs about others struggling with similar issues do help sometimes. Sometimes they make you sit there and cry, but that can be good too.

The song i can relate to right now is Phoenix Burn by Alpha Rev.
(I tried to include a link, but they wouldn't let me.)

I think the song is written as if to another person, but i take it as how i see myself. Although the phoenix will be a long time coming.
I sent the song to my family to try to give them an idea of what was going on with me. I don't know if it meant anything to any of them.
