T: Oh.. *freezes up and look really sheepish* Now I was just about to say one more thing I really shouldn't tell you, at least not before you quit therapy. Or maybe-
Me: Hey, don't! Shut up!! You are hopeless!

(He did laugh. Phew! I felt a bit rude.. And he did shut up. Or at least he didn't say whatever it was he really shouldn't be saying. Other than that he really never shuts up.. )

You get a whole hour? wow, all I get is 30 mins but sometimes it feels like infinity...plus since my therapist is the supervisor there are constant interruptions.

Sometimes I want to tell the people who interrupt, will you go away cuz this is MY TIME!!!

Interruptions during a therapy session? That's very unprofessional @Ed Norton . I guess the length of time depends on what kind of therapy you're doing maybe? The last 5 minutes are usually me getting ready to leave and arranging the next appointment. Sometimes the hour is painfully long and other times it goes by too fast for me.

I think telling them off is a great idea, it is your half hour after all, it's rude that people are interrupting. Have you spoken to your T about the interruptions? Maybe he could have a sign on the door to tell people to wait for a half hour?
