@holdenmonty - If you're having problems with anorgasmia, I can recommend a few suggestions to run by your doctor.
Yohimbe - A powerful natural herb derived from the bark of a tree in Africa. It is literally bark mashed up and put into a capsule. It is more effective than Viagra for a lot of men. For me it made me so hard I could poke a hole through a steel drum. It also helped me achieve orgasm pretty easily. It is considered a mild MAOI, but is different from your typical MAOI antidepressant. It affects dopamine and penile bloodflow, so you're more sensitive and have more to work with. The downside to it is that it has f*cking weird side-affects. I never take it at night because I will not sleep if I do. I can't tell if I'm hot or cold when I take one, as I experience extremes of both (something to do with dopamine for sure). Also, anxiety can be an issue, as yohimbe can counteract the affects of an SSRI (eg. Sertraline). One of the active alkaloids in Yohimbe is Yohimbine, which is safer and can be prescribed by your doctor. It is not as affective as the pure bark though.
Welbutrin (Bupropion) - this is a NDRI, norepinephrine/dopamine reuptake inhibitor. Taking an SSRI in combination with welbutrin is very common. Doctors often prescribe welbutrin to patients who are having problems sexually because of SSRIs like Sertraline. The two medication classes typically work really well together. They kind of complete the triangle of feel-good hormones. The only thing that is missing is oxytocin really if you're taking both.
Time - if you're okay with not being on your medication for the entirety of the half-life of Sertraline (with your doctor's permission), you can wait 26-30 hours, and the medication should have no affect on your ability to orgasm.
Dopamine reuptake inhibitors in general will give you the effect you're looking for. I know there are drugs out there that deal with oxytocin as well; however, taking such combinations of drugs will probably end up giving you problems with premature ejaculation. Or, it may balance things out. It's hard to say. I'm no expert on the subject, but I've done a lot of digging because this is something that I've struggled with for some time.
