Woke up and it took me a minute get my bearings. I don't ever remember dreaming about my old partner. It shook me up. He was very withdrawn and didn't want any help. Didn't want to maintain contact. Didn't want me to leave a phone number. His family wanted to help but didn't understand what the problem is. When he told me his plans it seemed out of character and to be heading to a dead end.
Of course I'm pretty sure the description is me. It was very frustrating. First to find he wasn't dead and then concern he was ill.
My entire being feels stunned. Like the time I saw his ghost waving me down near his cemetery and that was when I was awake.
