It feels more than a little surreal being back. I realised it is around 2 years 2 months. That's a long time. Feels weird. Still struggling a lot with attachment stuff and I think even something like coming back here that is a factor.

Feel like I didn't previously properly say how nice it is to see everyone. So doing so now! :happy:

I'm feeling conflicted (oh what a surprise - as if that's not my middle name). Its a huge relief and very helpful, wonderful to see everyone, and at the same time is bringing up all sorts. I feel raw. And I'm still muddling through and finding my feet. For example I had forgotten that I previously limited my exposure to the supporter section. I tend to get sucked in trying to help. Then say things in ways that are maybe not clear or not useful getting the point across. Then completely freak out at responses. Going to take myself off now and try to gather myself.

The scary part for me, is that I remember everyone. I just forget, or they blend in with everything since then, specific trauma situations per older member.
