Always take healthy and balanced diet for your good health and fitness.
Eat all fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, meat, eggs, fish, and dairy products etc. in your routine diet to get all necessary foods elements such vitamins, protein, fibre, carbohydrates, calcium, iron, and nutrition in your diet.
Any comment?

Organic protein foods are the best for the muscles building and weight management.
Take more organic and natural proteins rather than protein supplements or fast foods.
You can use more eggs, fish, meat, chicken, yogurt, cheese, peanut butter, nuts, beans, and green leafy vegetables for the rich natural protein.
Any comment?

@Bernard003 , I'm sure if members have anything to comment on about your post, they will comment. It's really not necessary to re-quote your posts asking if people have any comments.

If you want to discuss a subject, then start a discussion. Ask for people's opinions, start a conversation, make it relevant to the forum (PTSD), draw on your own personal experiences.

As Kas_Can_Fly has said you are making statements, not making conversation.

I would love to weigh 45 to 50 lbs less. Here is the crux of the matter. When I wake up between 12:00PM and 2: 00PM, I am a young child self. This is the time we children were feed. We ate breakfast early and then nothing so that we would not inconvenience our gentlemen callers. They cleaned us out with ipecac and enemas at dusk. then the brothel parade began.

At these times I eat everything sweet I can find. I have no sense of when is enough. I will eat jelly and jam right of the glass. sweetened cereals, the list goes on. Often I have no memory of all those fattening foods.

I'm trying to teach the inner children that no one should get of bed except for the necessaries and go straight back to bed. I have had some success. Any ideas?

I am gluten free anyway so my diet is limited, now I discover chocolate is off limits and so is citrus fruits!

I guess I am healthy not eating gluten, but oh I do miss choccie!

I don't think that avoiding gluten is healthy without being celiac, I think it is the opposite, I mean: if you are not celiac you need gluten.
Are you celiac?

61 references to what? To stating that the body actually needs gluten? I've only skim read it but I couldn't see where it said that. If you choose to remove gluten from your diet you do need to take care to replace the grains you have removed with other grains (such as quinoa, rice etc)and foods to make sure you are getting the fibre, protein, vitamins etc from elsewhere but gluten itself is not an essential requirement.

I have read that a gluten free diet doesn't help those who don't have a sensitivity to it. Don't remember where I read that because of the number of articles I read. However, that being said, I've also read that America has more gluten in it's products then say, Italy. Why? Not sure. I have a niece who has celiac disease so we are very careful. The food I can eat, she can not.

I think you are always going to find two sides to a story. Weigh out the benefits of what you believe in and go from there.
