I *think* the fake name and funny-face stay the same for each person on a thread now. It didn't at first, and wow did it get confusing.

It's like having an account for your imaginary friend without getting in trouble for having two accounts! My imaginary friend would like to join, but he borrows my hands to type so I told him he's not allowed on here. Only people using their own hands can be members.
