Wish granted KP you got your job back. And every nut job in the area is out in force. That is when you see the purple polka doted elephant pig hybrid. Somehow you know it is behind everything but you have no idea why or how.

I wish it would stop snowing.

It has now stopped snowing with snow shadowchaser, unfortunately is is now snowing with shredded cotton wool instead. No slush to wade through and no icy roads. Just got to find someone to clear it all up, and then where to put it. :oops:

I wish the sparrow hawk would go hunt somewhere else, so the birds could come back into my garden to feed, like they did a few months and weeks back, and for the last 2 or 3 years.

Oh Boy! The wish thread is resurrected!

OK, wish granted Amethist. No sparrow hawks but you have the same predatory birds as those in Alaska. Eagles! When visiting there several years ago, I was told no one has small pets. Or at least there are none outside! The eagles swoop down to take them as food! Here kitty, kitty, ki......oops, too late.

I wish my dog would let me sleep in instead of crying to go out in the early morning. And, oh, don't answer the wish by saying he leaves his "gift" at the top of the stairs! I've stepped in tha........I mean he's already done that!

In fact right now it's passed out intoxicated sprawled across your kitchen table. It seems your dog has developed a drinking problem and no longer will be rising so early. Rather expect to hear something come Noon days and expect to provide a helping hand every near 15 min.'s. thereafter so that it can go urinate some of the excess beers it's now drinking daily. (lol) ;)

Btw, unfortunately beers are running low and hard to come by so perhaps arranging for an adequate daily supply would be most helpful. Set up a nice tap and give your dog more control. (lol) :D Your dogs counting on you.

I wish I could go meet and join Nicolette and Anthony and the others tommorrow in NYC.

I thought it was time we brought this thread back up. I have copied the basic rules of the game below, so you dont have to go back tot he beginning if you dont want to.

One person starts off with a wish and the next person to reply grants the wish to the previous person with a twist if they think of a fun answer, then adds their wish underneath.

For example, a wish could be:- I wish I could fly round the world.

Your answer could be:- Wish granted you are a bird, but got lost migrating so you are constantly flying around the world.

Remember this is meant to be fun and funny, to give us all a bit of a laugh. so the dafter the reply the better.

Dont forget to add you wish at the end.

It has been a while since it was used so here goes for starters.

I wish that I had a secret potion to give my protagonists, it must cause severe lockjaw, and why not also just shrink them down to the size of a smurf too, just for good measure :D

With the forum being international, I am not sure everyone knows the phrase "It's 5:00 somewhere". That you want to do something at 5, or whenever so you say "It's 5:00 somewhere" and do it.

Same concept Amethist. Your wish is granted. It will be sunny Tuesday and Wednesday, but probably NOT wher YOU are. :(
