What's a budgie?

No matter, It is potty trained, BUT "it" (lol) leaves the seat up all the time. Which you repeatedly fail to notice. Very annoying to you, and WET.

I wish I knew what a Budgie was, or is.

Pink elephants don't fly, but they DO drive! And they never use their turn signal, they tailgate you and are always driving too slow and keep traffic backed up.
