Therapist Is Neglecting My Care--i Need Advice From Others

I would like to know what you guys and gals think..... should I leave this therapist??

Absolutely, and ASAP. How easy would it be for you to find another therapist? It shouldn't be difficult to find one better than this. I know you are feeling horrible right now but please hang on. Most therapists are not like this. Please keep looking until you find the right one. You are worth it.

Yes, definitely get a new therapist.

I fired her today!!! I have no regrets! I contacted another county and they are getting me set up with a DBT class in July and they told me I could work with one their therapists that has background in PTSD and trauma! :-)
