Therapy Cancelations

Been seeing my therapist since January and she been late 3xs. She has also cancelled on me twice...

Was she late because she was in with another client? If so this often is a sign she's working hard with someone else. Not being able to make a timing happens. Everyone gets sick. Talk to your therapist about your concerns.
