I'm in the GTA, and my uni is in the Durham region- Oshawa to be more specific! I'm up for a chat if anybody wants to.

Just a question? But has anyone attended CAMH? I had to go there for my official PTSD diagnosis. After two exhausting days of psychological assessments and tests I was told I had PTSD.

This made me laugh, same situation here. I've had to do the exhausting assessment twice! Both times same result, oh boy!

I did the IMAP program at Homewood in 2002 and did the PTSR program last summer. I would highly recommend it to anyone! Staff and resources were incredible and the environment was a safe one to do some work! I still have miles to go but it is an incredible starting point.

Another Toronto resident here! Used to live in Hamilton and miss the green space sometimes ...

Anyways I'm open to chat with other Toronto ppl :)

I live in and have lived in Toronto for my whole life. I grew up around the danforth area. I've lived in the annex, and uptown but now I live in south Etobicoke. If anyone from the city or GTA wants to chat send me a message. (or anyone else for that matter lol)

Rexdale baby, now in Mississauga, likely older than you all :) Supporter of my PTSD guy in Kitchener. Still wonder what I am thing somedays.

oh Rexdale hunh? I used to goto school by islington & dixon. I live in long branch now right near humber college. I've been wondering how to approach supporters on here, I have so much respect for you guys I don't know where to begin.

Same goes to you folks :) High school (so many, many, years ago) was St. Joe's Michael Power when they used to be on Bloor/Dundas between Islington and Kipling. I also lived for a few years in the Kipling/Dixon area, when I first got married.

I think it takes courage to bare your soul here on the forums. I think it is good for you to see what us supporters see. I just see human beings trying to make it in the same world I am in. Maybe with a heavier burden, but we all share the same goals in life, different ways of getting there.
