Thanks everyone for the sympathy and support about my near injury. I'm laying off the chin-up/pull-up training for a while until my arm feels better. I should start some easy going, very light stability and mobility exercises in the meantime.
It's a sort of chaotic response I get from my body with gaining muscle. I definitely know I'm not sleeping nearly enough for muscle building and fat loss to happen optimally, but I just can't help to want to start my day as soon as I wake up, even if I can only account for five or so hours of rest behind me.
I think the wee hours of the morning are my favorite time of day by far and letting them go to waste by sleeping more, seems so terrible nowadays. This is the only time of day where I can find some peace and feel at ease and I don't even feel sleepy when I first wake up anyway.
I've been slacking off on all exercise these last few days with the excuse of various aches and pains but truth is, I seem to look for ways to get out of exercising as much as I can. I need to get my act together!
