Weekly Social Weight Loss And Exercise Catch Up

Week 2....1 pound loss. I knew it would slow down, just didn't know it would be that much! I've been switching my diet up and ramping up my exercise, so that's probably the culprit! I know I look like I've lost a bit of weight, even if the scale doesn't reflect that! (fat loss vs muscle gain)
 
Wow that is so great you have lost 7 pounds, I think we might have to restart this thread as I have put on so much. I will weigh myself and try and get back I to this anyone else keen ?
 
I fell off the wagon 4 weeks ago and haven't been able to get back on ....... hate to think how much I have put on :(
 
I'm to scared to step on the scales as well after I just wrote that, I thought do I want to be even more depressed ! And the worst is we are heading into winter us kiwi folk, that even makes it harder !
