Weekly Social Weight Loss And Exercise Catch Up

I lost weight going from obese to overweight but I had a stressful emotional time where I was completely emotionally dysregulated and I put weight back on.
 
I think it is a very up and down thing even when you don't have to deal with all this stuff. Having to deal with all the ups and downs of all this stuff makes it even worse to deal with. I just carnt seem to get on top of it all :(
 
I actually got down to a weight within my proper BMI (of 154 pounds, I'm 5' 7") and then I started gaining weight again! The only thing I changed was eating a banana with my breakfast each day and quitting coffee. So I guess now that I weigh 159, I had better not eat that banana anymore. As to the coffee, it is not a wise thing to drink, because I have pre-ostereoporosis and caffeine can make that worse. So I will continue to abstain from coffee I guess. I don't know what else to do...
