Helped an elderly lady with her shopping, she couldn't reach the chicken soup she wanted.

Sorted out profound miscommunication with the boyfriend. Given he was more stressed about it whole than me seeming, I count it as doing something for someone else.

Gave a homeless man all of my dollar bills today and bless him in the heat he was sweating so bad.

I have some tomato plants in my garden and since I have a bumper crop this year, I have too many tomatoes. My neighbors help me with my computer, including curing it of a virus, so I put some of my tomatoes in a bag, and hung it from my neighbors' door knob. I also put some apples in it that another friend of mine gave to me.

Drove my best friend to the train station. She didn't get up in time to reach the train at the station close by - that's why I drove her to the next one so she could start in her vacations without any bigger problems.

Listened to someone who needed to be heard, gave her some of my meal and hung out with her while cleaning up a little for her.

Helped a clerk pick up a display he knocked over.

Helped a guy who was looking for a doctor but couldn't find the address because he wasn't good in reading and speaking German. So I told him where to go.
