Gave my daughter a mermaid necklace and a mermaid tail fin. So, she can swim like the fish in the bath tub.:)

Her courage deserves some much needed treasures.

Today helping B and E be in good spirits as they prepare to uproot and replant in more temperate climes. In exchange got great company and advice and a new comic book. And more stories.

Warned my parents that my aunt and my cousin will visit tomorrow. My grandmother knew already but didn't tell my parents. It's like a war inside the family....it was a lucky coincidence that I talked with my aunt and she told me...:arghh;:banghead:

Had a valentine's party for my daughter. 7 pre-teens were at my place for 8 hours. It was fun. She had a good time and it was nice to see that she has good friends in her life.

It was nice to see smiles instead of tears.

I was blessed by a ride to two food pantries and was given so much food, that I could share with three other poor families a small box each. It is awesome to see people get excited about food besides me.:hungry:

And I also obtained some nail polish and lipstick for an young teenage girl in my home, whose Mom is in another country. Figured her Dad might be clueless in girl's glitter stuff. Do not know if it is her style or shade but one of the polishes glow in the dark...kinda cool stuff.:)
