What Did You Do For Someone Else Today?

I went to see someone who had recently tried to commit suicide and included them in social things and activities so they feel welcome and part of things.

I haven't done anything for anyone else today, because I've not been out the house. I think I'm slipping back to the old days, when I never went out the house.

It's not because I'm anxious about going out, it's just because I feel so lethargic these days, I haven't got up before mid day, for a few days now, as I've nothing to get up for really?
