What's One Memory That Makes You Smile Or Perhaps Even Laugh When You Think About It?

The memory I recently had of my dad bringing my sister and me new bikes and him riding on the back of my bike with me in tow, around the parking lot. Sometimes he could be quite the character.

I had a pet rooster that was really sweet, loved me, I'd hold and pet him and everything. But my abuser was terrified of the rooster. The rooster got out of its pen and was chasing my abuser around the yard, with him screaming and begging me to catch it. It was hilarious to watch my abuser chased by a rooster while I pretended to try to catch it.

My grandpa took me camping when I was ten. We went into the woods to gather wood. I was holding several logs when I saw something move on the ground from the corner of my eye. I never moved so fast in my life to get away from there! My grandpa laughed his butt off. It was just a grass snake. Silly me. But I didn't drop the wood! lol

When my son was little(he's 18) he absolutely adored his cousin who is a couple years older then him. One time, while at a fair, I told him he could get one thing that he wanted. He preceded to go tell his cousin that she could get one thing she wanted. I forgot my money is his! lol It's been a joke ever since.

My dad bought a Poloroid Camera when we were kids, my older sis and I. She was maybe 14 and I was 10. We used to use it to make up or stage funny scenes and then photograph them. Some of them I can remember were me losing my skirt and looking down at it surprised; my sister eating pie and getting it all over her face, me blowing up a giant balloon, me crouching down and pretending to be a fly with antlers on my head and my butt in the tall kitchen waste basket....
