I am happy you are here and your so young and seeking guidance now. it is not to late for you. its the nature of trauma that we feel ashamed of what other people should be but please trust me ..the real shame is not with the abused it is with the abuser. I remember seeing some pictures on the internet of a lady who suffered a rape who started practicing yoga and she reclaimed her self and she was able to love her body again..I think rape especially so but what we surivors have all had people take are bodys and are selfs and done what will to us. but I sincerely beleive...love heals all no matter what.

I am so sorry that all happened! Sounds like a date rape drug in your drink?

You have nothing at all to feel ashamed of! I think it is wonderful that you had the courage to write that out! My therapist tried for a few years to get me to write it out from start to finish and when I finally did and read the replies of people here, it really helped to move me foward in healing. You are very couragous to have trusted us with your past! Thank you!
