Deep breaths, @Anrish, and a comforting, invisible filter to envelop you for protection. The filter allows good feelings and human interactions to come through, but the negative stuff can't penetrate. Good luck!

It was okay but I'm still really tired.

You know you have PTSD when you can only deal with visitors for a limited amount of time - and panic when they announce that they had time to stay until late evening...:eek:
