Stressful life events begin. You feel lit up like a Christmas tree in bed giving yourself a pep talk about how you'll get up again and feel better soon. Reality is soon could be a few days. Oh and then realizing while writing this it's already been a few days.

....you and your dog go on a new hiking trail and encounter absolutely no-one else then decide you had such a wonderful time with no triggers at all and must go to that same trail every day and hike for 2 or 3 hours or more
