My traumas were so intense that my previous therapist was triggered by me, and she freaked out on me. Last week, my new therapist raised her voice at me and talked down to me as though I were a 5 year old. I want a PTSD specialist now.

My family drives me to think the same thing.

When you talk at recently deceased people with a cheerful glee (look at me, you. I couldn't keep you with me but I'm keeping me with me and my marbles with me, aren't you proud of me for something? Right, you're maybe not proud of me, because you're dead. But I'm minimally awesome for the day.)

When you crawl back to woo-woo as all hell fiction because figuring social masks and appropriate topics of conversation is just too much effort.
