I tend to carry hardcover books with myself. Throwable weapon, them. If the bitch can't get to leave a reading person alone, tootally accidental book falling on them it is.

Seriously! Same thing working on laptop with earbuds. Or you have to tell someone you are on phone 5 times before they realize your earbuds are also a microphone. Even when you keep pointing to it. Just because I am not talking doesn't mean I'm not listening to someone. Talk about confuse person in distress on the other end.

Everything looks so bright and sounds so loud that meditating under a double duvet saying safe from harm over and over and trying to believe it is all you can do in a day

You know down that 'staying safe and being with oneself' path can be found peace, so it's not a wasted time, and is a lot of activity so many don't do in their lifetime.

You Google to find out what everyday objects can be used as weapons - y'know, just in case someone tries to attack you. I hear books and laptops are good :)
